We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to join our exciting outdoor brand based in Albany, Auckland.

This is a phone-based role responsible for providing an interface between customers and the company, and is an essential part of the sales order and delivery process.  You will have a positive, can-do attitude, and perform well in a fast-paced growing business.  You will conduct yourself with integrity, build lasting relationships and have a strong work ethic.

You will have:
•    Strong relationship building skills
•    Excellent customer service
•    Outstanding phone manner
•    Enthusiasm for the outdoor market is advantageous
•    Excellent time management skills
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Accurate data entry
•    Minimum of two years' phone based customer services experience
