RETURNS / REPAIRS / WARRANTIES

Returns must be handled through the Retail store where purchase was made.

RETAILER PLEASE NOTE:  YOU MUST COMPLETE A GOODS RETURN AUTHORITY FORM BEFORE SENDING ANY ITEMS BACK FOR WARRANTY OR REPAIR.   

Any item returned without a Goods Return Authority form will not be accepted.
